Q. Is there city water service on each Sky Mountain Ranch lot?
A. No. Each lot owner will provide their own well.

Q. Will there be electricity provided to my Sky Mountain Ranch lot?
A. Many lots will have electricity provided to the lot line. The owner will be responsible to bring the electric to their structure. The local electric company provides a construction allowance to a lot owner of $1600.00 for any permanent structure or well. Currently, that would build approximately 700 to 800 feet of the overhead powerline. Sometimes lot owners can share the costs, depending on the structure placement. Q. Is there an HOA at Sky Mountain Ranch, New Mexico and how much are the dues?
A. When you purchase a lot in Sky Mountain Ranch, New Mexico, you will automatically become a member of the HOA. Membership dues for each lot are $25.00 per month, regardless of lot size.

Q. What are the Sky Mountain Ranch, New Mexico HOA fees used for?
A. Road maintenance, road repair, gated entrance, volunteer fire department and reserves for future upgrades.

A. Not required.

A. Each single family residence shall be at least 1,450 square feet of heated floor space (excluding garage, attic, and storage spaces).

Q. How far of a drive from Phoenix, Arizona to Sky Mountain Ranch, New Mexico?
A. Anywhere from 4.5 to 6 hours, depending on the route taken, the speed driven, and the number of pit stops taken.

A. At this time, there is not mail service provided to Sky Mountain Ranch, New Mexico. Each lot owner will have to obtain a post office box in Grants, New Mexico or other nearby town. Eventually we hope to have postal service in this area.

Q. Is gas provided to my Sky Mountain Ranch, New Mexico lot?
A. Electricity will be available for all energy needs; however you may wish to utilize propane as an alternative energy source.
