A. Many lots will have electricity provided to the lot line. The owner will be responsible to bring the electric to their structure. The local electric company provides a construction allowance to a lot owner of $1600.00 for any permanent structure or well. Currently, that would build approximately 700 to 800 feet of the overhead powerline. Sometimes lot owners can share the costs, depending on the structure placement.
